I wanted to share a neat idea a teacher in my hallway
used for a 3rd grade reading MTSS (RTI) group.
First, the students chose an animal to study.
Then, they researched the animal, using appropriately leveled books and websites.
They kept track of the important information on index cards.
To publish their research, they created these fun file folder book reports.
I love that they cut the folder to make pictures and facts pop up.
The teacher displayed them for people to walk by and look at, like an animal museum.
